Abstract

The Stimulus Community Partnership Program (SCPP) activities aim to improve the skills and knowledge of diversifying Tiram mushroom processing, building networks and markets, capital’s stimulating, and improve businesses managerial which are the main problems of partners in developing their businesses and economics. The method used Capacity Building with the Community Driven Development approach which is based on cognitive, affective, and psychomotoric activities in the context of added value products and management of Tiram mushroom businesses to increase partner's income and economy. SCPP results in the form of socialization and training on processing Tiram mushrooms into 5 prospective products and are needed by the market. Business management assistance include planning, organizing partner members, evaluating product quality, simple bookkeeping, and opening online / offline market access and strengthening capital in the procurement of production infrastructure is the next output of the service activities carried out. This program has been able to solve partner problems in increasing diversification skills of processing Tiram mushrooms into processed products that have high prospects in the market. Improved business management and new market access, especially online and capital injections into fresh energy for partners and members to develop their businesses and economies.
