This research, titled "The Decline of Communication Ethics on Social Media," examines the comments on Jerome Polin's Twitter account. Communication ethics serves as a standard for human behavior and actions in communication within societal structures. Among various forms of communication ethics, social media communication ethics often tend to be overlooked due to the rapid advancement of technology. Therefore, this study aims to understand the interactions on the widely used social media platform Twitter. The research analyzes the Twitter account of Jerome Polin, an influencer whose posts attract attention from users. It is not uncommon for Jerome Polin to receive negative comments from netizens, resulting in the collapse of communication ethics on social media. The research methodology employed is discourse analysis, which delves deeper into the content of information on the media platform, specifically Twitter. This study considers the case of hate speech and insults directed towards Jerome Polin on Twitter as a manifestation of the decline of communication ethics on social media.

Game Theory Aproach in Agribusiness Business Negotiation : Systematic Literature Review (SLR)

This study explores the Game Theory approach to negotiation in several literature studies. Through a literature study, we found that Game Theory has proven invaluable in outlining dynamics and strategies in negotiation situations in a variety of contexts, including in complex agribusiness environments. The results show the importance of understanding strategic interactions, making decisions and seeing interests and cooperation based on dynamic variables and making optimal strategies in successful negotiations. Nash equilibrium helps reveal the potential outcome of negotiations. The study makes important theoretical and practical contributions to the literature in the way of negotiating and offers implications for entrepreneurs, policy makers and actors in conducting negotiations.

Perancangan Database pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Bani Cakes and Pastry

In today's rapidly developing technology era, the use of information technology, especially Microsoft Access as a Database Management System (DBMS), has helped Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in their business development. This technology has a significant impact on processing data, managing transactions, and improving operational efficiency. This study used a qualitative approach with interview and observation techniques at Bani Cakes and Pastry. The use of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and Queries in Microsoft Access is used to design relationships between entities and generate relevant information, such as revenue calculations and sales performance. The implementation of Microsoft Access yielded positive results in managing Bani Cakes and Pastry's goods, sales, and revenue data. There are relationships between tables that allow holistic information retrieval. Forms such as Item Data Form, Supplier Form, Sales Form, and Revenue Form make it easier to use the database. The application of information technology, especially Microsoft Access, contributes significantly to the development of MSME businesses, such as Bani Cakes and Pastry. Information technology helps improve operational efficiency and manage data well.

Strategic Business Development for Lemongrass Oil Production in Indonesia: A Case Study of PT Musim Panen Harmonis

Penelitian ini mengkaji potensi pengembangan bisnis dalam sektor pertanian Indonesia, dengan fokus pada komoditas minyak atsiri dari tumbuhan aromatik, khususnya minyak serai wangi (Cymbopogon winterianus). Tren bisnis minyak serai wangi terus meningkat karena permintaan yang terus bertambah, terutama untuk produk wangi-wangian, barang rumah tangga, dan farmasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal perusahaan, yang akan direpresentasikan melalui sembilan elemen dalam Business Model Canvas (BMC). Melalui pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini menggabungkan data primer dari wawancara dengan pihak perusahaan dan data sekunder dari literatur terkait. Data tersebut kemudian digunakan untuk merancang model bisnis dengan menggolongkan hasil analisis pada sembilan elemen BMC. Selanjutnya, dilakukan validasi terhadap setiap elemen BMC dengan mempertimbangkan faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Faktor-faktor ini dikelompokkan menjadi kekuatan (strength), kelemahan (weakness), peluang (opportunity), dan ancaman (threat) dalam analisis SWOT. Hasil dari validasi sembilan elemen BMC dan analisis SWOT digunakan sebagai dasar untuk perbaikan model bisnis PT Musim Panen Harmonis. Hasil penelitian berupa beberapa perbaikan strategi yang direkomendasikan untuk perusahaan. Strategi pengembangan bisnis PT Musim Panen Harmonis melibatkan perbaikan pada semua elemen BMC. Analisis SWOT mengidentifikasi sejumlah strategi alternatif, seperti perluasan ke pasar UMKM, pemasaran digital yang lebih efektif, diversifikasi produk, perbaikan pengemasan produk, dan penawaran promosi harga.

Mechanism of Survival for Dragon Fruit Farmers in Rejoagung Hamlet, Sumberagung Village, Banyuwangi Regency

This research focuses on the survival mechanisms of dragon fruit farmers who switch commodities from food crops to horticulture. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological research methods and uses James Scott's theory of subsistence ethics as the analytical knife. Data collection was carried out through interviews and observations with dragon fruit farmers in Rejoagung Hamlet, using purposive sampling as the target of this study. Based on findings in the field, there are problems in terms of maintenance costs related to the process of selling food crops that have an impact on farmers in Rejoagung Hamlet. Prices seem to be spent quite a lot, and yields are not sufficient to meet the needs of farmers, causing farmers to switch to horticultural crops, namely dragon fruit. Three survival mechanisms are carried out by farmers, namely, farmers do not fasten their belts but only change commodities to dragon fruit because of the interest in dragon fruit, which is expensive. Second, subsistence alternatives carried out by farmers by switching to dragon fruit commodities have been successful to date. Because dragon fruit has easy maintenance, only one planting is enough. Dragon fruit can also be harvested every month with a stable market price and can be more than the average. Not only that, innovation is also developed by farmers using lights so they can harvest every month. Third, the use of social networks by forming farmer groups; if workers are needed for the harvest, they can call families or farmers from farmer groups. Relationship between Knowledge and Service Period on Nurse Behavior in Disposing of Medical Solid Waste at the Container Stage at PT X Clinic, Tangerang Regency in 2023

Based on data from the PT X Clinic, there are work accidents caused by waste of sharp objects or used syringes. This does not escape the behavior of nurses in disposing of medical solid waste at the container stage. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the behavior of nurses in disposing of medical solid waste at the container stage at the PT X Clinic, Tangerang Regency in 2023. This study used a Cross Sectional design with a sample of 78 people. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi square test. This research was conducted in July 2023. The results of the univariate analysis showed that there were more nurses with poor behavior, namely 42 people (53.8%), poor knowledge, namely 41 people (52.5%), bad attitudes, namely 46 people (59%) and long service tenure of nurses, namely 45 people (57.7%). There is a relationship between knowledge and behavior of nurses (p-value 0.046 <0.05), attitude and behavior of p-value (0.026 <0.05), and years of service with behavior p-value (0.030 <0.05). To prevent a better personality from forming, management takes the form of updating the system, such as giving a strict warning if a nurse disposes of medical waste that does not match its type and providing training to nurses on a regular basis with trainers who are competent in their field.

Portrait of Social Resilience of the Gudang Karang Community Facing the Covid-19 Pandemic

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of social restrictions as an effort to prevent the spread of infectious diseases by maintaining physical distance or reducing direct contact between individuals during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of social restrictions as an effort to prevent the spread of infectious diseases by maintaining physical distance or reducing direct contact between individuals during the Covid-19 pandemic. Studies on the Gudang Karang community are one of the interesting things to research with the aim of knowing how social mechanisms and adaptations occur in the Gudang Karang community as a form of social resilience in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the portrait of community social resilience that occurs in the Gudang Karang community. Interviews with informants were used in order to gather information to answer research questions. The research findings show that the Gudang Karang community has succeeded in going through a process of social resilience by responding to challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic as evidenced by the transformation from Kampung Tangguh, then becoming a Disaster Response Village, and leading to the Empowered Villages Program (KASNO). The results also show that the concept of social resilience that occurs in the Gudang Karang community complements the structural-functional theory by emphasizing the importance of the ability of individuals or groups to adapt and recover from difficult situations.

Implementation of Microsoft Access to Build a Database at Arzimar Jaya Building Shop

This research aims to build a database of product data, profit data, sales data and supplier data. This system was created using Microsoft Access as a database. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and supplemented with literature studies related to the research process. From the research carried out, problems were found such as: 1) There was a financial mismatch between goods sold and income, 2) Lack of accuracy in manual recording so that the data was inaccurate, 3) Customer data was not written down. The effort to solve this problem is by creating a database of products, profits, sales and suppliers using Microsoft Access.
