Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The manuscript has been written in English (abstract in English) or Indonesian (title and abstract in Indonesian and English).
  • The manuscript material is in accordance with the scope of the journal.
  • The manuscript has never been published and is not being submitted for publication in another journal.
  • All authors have acknowledged, have read the entire contents of the manuscript, and have given their approval for publication.
  • The manuscript does not contain plagiarism or malpractice material or activities. The similarity is less than 20%. Does not contain the similarity of one full sentence or one full paragraph.
  • Short and informative title. It should be no more than 16 words or 150 characters.
  • Email addresses of all authors (for metadata) and telephone numbers (or WA) of related authors for the publication process.
  • Keywords consist of five specific words or phrases.
  • The introduction contains a review of the latest literature.
  • Ethical approval is included in the method if humans or animals are used as subjects.
  • The Results section has been separated from the Discussion. The results have been briefly described to explain the main findings of the study.
  • Writing decimal numbers refers to the language provisions used. Decimals in Indonesian use commas (,), while decimals in English use dots (.).
  • The manuscript does not only contain one (single) set of data, but at least two or more data sets to support the conclusions.
  • The discussion has been supported by appropriate references.
  • References have been written consistently.
  • The conflict of interest has been clearly stated.
  • The contributions of each author have been described.

Research

A research article is a complete study of a research activity or part of a research with a complete study of the topic. The article must meet scientific principles, including experimental design and adequate statistical analysis. The study must meet the bioethical aspects of research. Meta-analytical studies and epidemiological studies are included in the category of research articles.

Review

A review article is a literature review that is comprehensive, critical-analytical, provides current information on a topic, or contains forward-looking views on a problem. The review article must provide the latest information from previous studies, convey the author's analysis and critical study of the collection of facts or data, and conclude it into an acceptable view or one that will be used for future development.
