Dermatophyta group. This article reports a case of suspected dermatophytosis in Sentul Debu chickens on a chicken farm in Majalengka Regency, West Java. Three 11 month old male Sentul Debu chickens in one of the postal system rearing cages showed clinical symptoms in the form of white scales on their head, comb, and wattles. Diagnosis and treatment are based on clinical symptoms and visible lesions. Treatment uses an ointment with the active ingredient sulfur which is given 1-2 times/day for 7 days. Thai elephants are often used for deforestation and tourist activities, such as elephants, riding, and showering. This case report highlights a traumatic wound in the left foreleg nail of a showering Thai elephant. Nail wounds undergo infection and tissue necrosis. A bone fragment suspected to be part of the distal phalanges was found and confirmed by X-ray examination. However, a surgical approach is not recommended because of the high risk of sedation in elephants. Routine wound cleaning with antiseptics and topical antibiotics was performed on the traumatic wounds. The bone fragment was removed after necrosis of the surrounding tissues. This study aimed to identify the incidence of worm infections in deer kept in the Waru Farm Land recreation area in Tegalwaru, Ciampea Bogor. Nine deer were kept by Waru Farm Land, consisting of spotted deer and Timor deer. Samples were collected immediately after the deer had defaecated. Stool sample examinations included the flotation test, McMaster’s test, and multilevel filtration. The examination results showed that one deer had multiple parasitic nematode infections. Examination revealed strong and trichurid-type eggs. The degree of infection showed a very mild value, namely less than 50 EPG, so it can be concluded that worm infection in deer at Waru Farm Land is very low. This study reported that FLUTD occurs in a castrated and obese male cat. The supporting diagnostics used to confirm the diagnosis are the dipstick test, urine microscopic observation, and ultrasound. The examination results showed pyuria, proteinuria, haematuria, struvite crystals, and cystitis. The pathophysiology of FLUTD in this case begins with the condition of castrated males, who tend to have little activity and become obese. This case report describes 8-week-old local hens infected with the Newcastle disease virus detected through epidemiological aspect, pathological, and virology investigations. The morbidity of this farm was 65%, with 20% mortality and 30.7% case fatality rate. The anatomopathology and histopathology examination revealed pathological changes in various organs. Laboratory tests using the Haemmaglutination-Inhibition and Haemmaglutination assays confirmed the presence of the Newcastle disease virus. This paper reports the handling of flu cases in 2 cats aged six months (Cio) and eight months (Kaori) at the Depok Pet Center Clinic using colostrum-based supplements, probiotics, and prebiotics. A single supplementation of colostrum, pro-biotics, and prebiotics was carried out for seven days, and the condition of both cats showed changes. The condition of Cio's cat improved on the third day, while Kaori's cat showed less frequent sneezing and reduced concentration and volume. This article reports the case of a five-year-old female Pug dog whose body was covered with ticks. The clinical examination found tick infestation on the face, ears, back, abdomen, legs, and interdigital areas. Supporting examinations included a complete blood count (CBC), buffy coat smear, and a test kit. CBC examination showed that the dog had leukocytosis, neutrophilia, hypochromic microcytic anemia, and thrombocytopenia. A buffy coat smear examination showed the presence of Ehrlichia morulae in the cytoplasm of the dog's monocytes, and the test kit results were positive for Ehrlichia antibodies; therefore, the dog was diagnosed with Ehrlichiosis. Treatment is done by administering Doxycycline, Intervetta Dr. Choice Ferro-B, and Fu Fang Ejiao Jiang orally for 21 days. AI is an acute respiratory disease affecting chickens' reproductive systems, kidneys, digestive tract, and defence systems. This article reports that a 13-month-old Sentul Dust layer chicken was found to have a standing posture disorder. Physical examination showed that the chicken had a "Penguin-like" standing posture, its mouth was always open, and it had dyspnoea. The animals were euthanised for necropsy and post-mortem examination. Necropsy showed pathological findings in the form of airsacculitis, splenomegaly, ovarian regression, enteritis, haemorrhage of the tonsillar cavity, and fluid-filled cysts in the oviducts. This study aimed to compare the heat tolerance of the Ongole-cross (OC), Simmental-cross (SC), and Limousin-cross (LC) breeds raised in Astomulyo Village, Lampung Tengah District. This location had a high environmental stress index in the afternoon and moderate environmental stress in the morning and evening. Most cattle have a Heat Tolerance Coefficient (HTC) above 100, and there are no significant differences in HTC values among cattle breeds.
