P Performance Analysis of Alsintan Service Business (UPJA) Using Balanced Scorecard
Abstract
This study aims to determine the performance of Agricultural Machine Tools Service Business (UPJA) in the Beginner class category, the Develop class category, and the Professional class category with the balanced scorecard (BSC) approach. The research was conducted using survey techniques and qualitative descriptive analysis. The UPJA samples were determined purposively, namely UPJA Sumber Makmur in the Professional class category and UPJA OJHA in the Beginner class category in Sleman district, and UPJA Tirtosari in the Developing class category in Gunungkidul district. Respondents in this study were managers and employees of Alsintan Service Business. Primary data for measuring performance from a customer perspective and a learning and growth perspective. While the measurement of performance from a financial perspective and an internal business process perspective uses secondary data. The results of the study show that 1) based on a financial perspective, the performance of the Beginner class UPJA and the Developing class UPJA are in the fairly good category, while the Professional class UPJA is in the good category, 2) based on the customer perspective the performance of the Beginner class UPJA, the Developing class UPJA, and the Professional class UPJA in the good category, 3) based on the internal business process perspective, the performance of the Beginner class UPJA, the Developing class UPJA, and the Professional class UPJA, has carried out innovations in the development of service business services, and has carried out business service operations in the medium category, and 4) based on the perspective of learning and growth, the performance of the Beginner class UPJA, the Developing class UPJA and the Professional class UPJA have provided facilities that give satisfaction to their employees, and for the Beginner class UPJA and the Developing class UPJA it is necessary to increase the operator's ability through training.
